Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents for data analysis and decision-making

Implement and manage multi-agent systems to solve complex problems

Optimize AI models for performance and scalability

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code supporting the full AI development lifecycle, from data processing to deployment

Build production-ready ML systems that integrate LLMs into applications

Handle model deployment and scaling infrastructure

Create evaluation frameworks for model performance

Leverage GPU architecture expertise to optimize computational resource usage and enhance model performance

Configure, manage, and deploy local AI models while ensuring adherence to performance, compliance, and security standards

Collaborate with GIS teams to integrate AI solutions into geospatial workflows

Document system configurations, procedures, and support activities related to AI services

Required

Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer with a focus on intelligent agents and multi-agent system design

Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Hands-on experience developing multi-agent systems (i.e., orchestration, fine tuning, microservices) for customer-facing products

In-depth knowledge of GPU architectures (e.g., CUDA) and practical performance optimization techniques

Experience supporting customer-facing products with focus on uptime, throughput, and low latency

Familiarity with geospatial data formats, tools, and solutions

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen

Comply with company drug and alcohol policy

Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate's start date
