2026 Finance Development Program Analyst

They are seeking a Finance Development Program Analyst for a two-to-three-year rotational program that will provide recent graduates with finance, accounting, economics, and mathematics degrees the opportunity to gain experience in financial planning, analysis, and investments within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
Cultivate future business leaders in the Finance Development Program
Participate in two-to-three, one-year rotational assignments combined with formal classroom training
Focus on the development of key financial and investments expertise within the insurance industry
Obtain finance, investments, and accounting experience including financial planning and analysis, controllership, expense management, accounting and reporting, and investment operations
Engage with various business locations and product lines
Build lasting relationships with other Finance Development Program participants and full-time employees
Qualification
Required
Must be graduating by January of 2026 with a Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting, or Mathematics
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Basic Accounting classes
Strong analytical ability
Team player with high initiative

Strong communication skills
Demonstrated integrity
Geographic mobility (ability to rotate into the Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA office)
