ECLARO is looking for a Supplier Onboarding Analyst for their client, America's largest state power organization, which is a national leader in energy efficiency and clean energy technology. The role involves supporting the Procurement's Supplier Relationship Management division by onboarding new suppliers and assisting existing suppliers with updating their profiles on an e-procurement platform.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding suppliers onto the e-procurement platform
Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers
Ensure suppliers understand and comply with platform requirements and standards
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams
Provide training and support to suppliers on how to use the e-procurement platform effectively
Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Qualification

Microsoft SuiteSAPCustomer serviceOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsEffective communication

Required

Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP
Ability to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasks
Good organizational skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work with limited supervision
Ability to use sound judgment
Ability to establish effective relationships with team members
Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are required
Effective written and oral communication skills
