Bluum is seeking a skilled professional to manage the complete lifecycle of audio-visual (AV) solutions—from initial client engagement through project delivery. This hybrid position combines technical expertise, project management, and sales engineering to design, specify, and implement AV systems that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct client needs analyses and support the Bluum sales team with product selection and system recommendations

Provide technical consultation and support to Bluum clients throughout the sales cycle

Prepare and present completed proposals

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Perform site surveys to assess technical requirements

Design and specify AV equipment and systems for Bluum projects

Develop detailed scopes of work, equipment lists, and Bills of Materials (BOM)

Ensure designs meet client needs and are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Bluum standards

Manage project progress, timelines, and budgets using project management software

Coordinate with internal Bluum teams (engineering, sales, delivery) and external partners (vendors, contractors, customers)

Identify and mitigate potential project risks

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction

Facilitate project changes as needed

Maintain accurate project tracking and internal documentation

Complete all forecasting, billing, and project closeout tasks

Stay updated on AV technologies and industry trends relevant to Bluum’s solutions and services

Maintain thorough project documentation

Provide basic system training to customers as needed

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project outcomes

Required

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear and timely emails

Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Confidence presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and public groups

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations

Ability to read and mark up blueprints of installation projects

Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical, diagrammatic, or abstract form

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
