Responsibilities
Media Sales Support
Assist in developing proposals and presentations for media opportunities
Support senior team members in bundling assets for client programs
Administrative Duties
Manage internal documentation and reporting for campaigns
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track deliverables
Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare revenue forecasts and update pipeline reports in collaboration with leadership
Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign summaries
Client Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client needs and ensure timely communication
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with leasing, marketing, and event production teams to execute programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Basic understanding of media sales and marketing concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools a plus
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Passionate, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
3-5 years in media, advertising, or related field preferred
