Responsibilities
Assemble, label, and pack orders with precision, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently
Navigate our stockroom like a pro, using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities to pick and deliver orders to manufacturing
Perform daily inventory counts to maintain accuracy and ensure we’re always ready to meet customer demands
Complete accurate and timely updates in our enterprise system, keeping operations seamless and data reliable
Proactively identify constraints and prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements, ensuring no detail is overlooked
Handle all inventory support functions, from stock put-away and movement to releasing work orders and collaborating with other departments and plants
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems
The ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds, ensuring you're ready for the physical demands of the role
A willingness to work with hazardous materials and adapt to a dynamic environment that requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, kneeling, sitting, and reaching
Preferred
Proven experience as a stockroom specialist or in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in inventory management
A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, with an unwavering commitment to quality
Exceptional time management skills to complete orders efficiently and on schedule
Organizational prowess to juggle multiple orders while maintaining 100% accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment
