They are seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and support various administrative needs for a U.S.-based software company dedicated to enhancing mental health services.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage executive calendars and email communications
Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones with accuracy
Take clear meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
Support personal and confidential administrative needs
Oversee travel planning, bookings, and logistics end to end
Qualification
Required
Fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation
2+ years of full-time hands-on Virtual Executive Assistant experience
Exceptional organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
Full professional fluency in English
Availability to work during Pacific Time Zone hours
Preferred
In-person in Los Angeles preferred. Remote candidates considered if available during Pacific Time Zone business hours
