Program Manager, Commissioning and Service
ON.energy is building the power infrastructure that makes the AI era possible, and they are seeking a Program Manager to drive alignment and execution across their Commissioning and Service organizations. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, ensuring organizational focus, and accelerating delivery across multiple efforts in the energy sector.

Responsibilities
Drive alignment between Commissioning and Field Service teams, ensuring seamless transitions from project delivery to long-term operations
Own project tracking, workstream execution, and milestone delivery across multiple field-facing programs
Partner with functional leaders to ensure priorities are clearly defined and executed across teams
Identify operational gaps, process misalignments, and recurring pain points, and work with owners to fix them
Coordinate and support cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Product, Customer Success, ROC, and Field Ops
Lead execution of select IT/OT programs that support field reliability and service visibility (e.g., remote connectivity, access control, SCADA readiness, device inventory)
Build lightweight systems to track status, highlight blockers, and report on progress ensuring execution stays visible and consistent
Prepare internal documentation, executive updates, and cross-functional meeting materials as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or delivery roles within hardware, infrastructure, or energy environments
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an ability to lead through influence
Familiarity with commissioning, field service, or technical operations workflows
Comfortable driving execution across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to operate in ambiguity and quickly translate strategy into actionable programs
Exposure to IT/OT systems (SCADA, networks, field connectivity, device access management, etc.)
Preferred
Experience in energy storage, data centers, or other mission-critical infrastructure
Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar project tracking systems
Background in electrical systems, controls, or site deployment
PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications
