Responsibilities

Support and optimize manufacturing processes
Plan, execute, and report on experimental testing
Assist in resolving customer complaints
Conduct lab testing to ensure product safety and performance
Document and share test results with relevant stakeholders
Support patent filings with accurate technical input
Supervise lab staff to ensure proper training and testing procedures
Analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering
5+ years in product design, materials development, or process chemistry
Strong project management, data analysis, and reporting skills
Proficiency with analytical instruments and lab procedures
Effective team player with strong communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work across functional teams

Preferred

Experience in the explosives, mining, or related industries preferred
Hands-on experience with product testing and validation, including destructive testing preferred
