Responsibilities

Lead projects related to managed services onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and service enhancements
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project phases
Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively
Align project deliverables with contractual SLAs and client expectations
Oversee smooth transition from project implementation to steady-state managed services
Ensure compliance with ITIL and managed services frameworks
Maintain documentation for governance and audit requirements
Identify operational and technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Escalate critical issues and drive resolution in collaboration with service delivery teams
Track project budgets and ensure profitability
Manage scope changes and obtain necessary approvals

Required

Experience in project management, specifically in managed services onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and service enhancements
Ability to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

Strong client and stakeholder management skills, acting as the primary point of contact during project phases
Excellent communication skills to proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues
Experience aligning project deliverables with contractual SLAs and client expectations
Knowledge of ITIL and managed services frameworks for compliance
Ability to maintain documentation for governance and audit requirements
Experience in identifying operational and technical risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Ability to escalate critical issues and drive resolution in collaboration with service delivery teams
Experience in tracking project budgets and ensuring profitability
Ability to manage scope changes and obtain necessary approvals
