Responsibilities

Build a no-fail program from the ground up
Engage directly with senior-level clients
Collaborate across intelligence community (IC) agencies
Use your programmatic assessment expertise to develop assessment and performance measures for this new effort
Build new skills and help junior teammates mature into expert colleagues

Required

10+ years of experience with operations research and systems analysis in a professional environment
Experience leading high-level programmatic assessments in the defense or intelligence space
Knowledge of the IC
Ability to plan and develop expert-level deliverables with minimal direction
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with U.S. SPACECOM equities
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
