Regional Operations Director

Responsibilities

Optimize operations across a substantial portfolio while identifying growth opportunities and improving profitability
Develop and elevate hospital managers and their teams, creating a pipeline of talent and fostering high engagement across 11 locations
Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement in patient care and client satisfaction
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify expansion opportunities and execute regional initiatives
Ensure all locations maintain the highest standards of veterinary care while meeting regulatory requirements

Required

3+ years of multi-location operational leadership experience managing distributed teams
Experience overseeing operations in service-based industries with focus on customer satisfaction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex workflows
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven change management expertise in fast-paced environments
Track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets
Experience leading teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, veterinary or healthcare
Licensed DVM in good standing
Arizona residency
