Responsibilities
Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the loan delivery process and automate manual processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Communicate with title companies, investors, and 3rd party vendors
Receive, check- in, image and ship collateral and final documents to custodian
Obtain Recorded Mortgages and Final Title Policies
Maintain accurate record of received documentation
Handle post-purchase loan activities, including on-boarding loan data to servicer
Process and ship high volume of documentation
Track and follow up on outstanding documents
This role is NOT REMOTE, and you must live in the Charlotte area to work in office
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or 1-3 years of experience in mortgage related industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure with professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Ability to work in office in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC
