Responsibilities
Strategize – Shape our team’s strategy and help decide "what we should do next"
Build – Design and launch new initiatives from the ground up
Analyze – Analyze experiment results to inform business decisions and future experiments
Influence – Partner with other teams - Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics - to drive cross-functional and go-to-market execution
Qualification
Required
3+ years of working experience
You're creative – You love thinking about new problems, and don't resort to a 'this is how it's always been done' thinking
You're a go-getter – You have a bias towards action, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
You're analytical – You enjoy getting deep into data and feel comfortable translating what you're seeing into tangible insights

You're a collaborator – You are an excellent communicator and eager to build relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners
Preferred
You have past experience working with SQL
You're AI-fluent and familiar with prompt engineering and model evaluation
