Designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for medical devices
Developing and improving production workflows
Troubleshooting manufacturing challenges
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and regulations
Managing technical documentation
Working closely with engineering and production teams to drive efficiency and product quality improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering principles
Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering concepts
Experience with Machining and related manufacturing techniques
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
Knowledge of medical device manufacturing standards and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a focus on medical devices or relevant industry experience is a plus
Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
