Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is a leader in real estate and media, seeking a Manager for their Media Sales & Partnerships team. This role involves supporting media sales efforts, managing client relationships, and coordinating campaigns to create impactful brand experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing proposals and presentations for media opportunities
Support senior team members in bundling assets for client programs
Manage internal documentation and reporting for campaigns
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track deliverables
Prepare revenue forecasts and update pipeline reports in collaboration with leadership
Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign summaries
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client needs and ensure timely communication
Work closely with leasing, marketing, and event production teams to execute programs

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in media, advertising, or related field preferred

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Passionate, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
