This is Growth is a rapidly growing company backed by $25M+ in Series A funding. They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build the top-of-funnel motion from scratch and drive fast promotion to Account Executive (AE) within 90 days.

Build the top-of-funnel motion from scratch
Drive fast promotion to Account Executive (AE)
Work with inbound leads and convert them into a sales pipeline

Qualification

Required

Desire to transition from SDR to AE within 90 days
Ability to work in-office 5 days a week in SoHo, New York
Experience in building top-of-funnel sales processes
Strong communication skills to engage with leads
Ability to manage and work with a high volume of inbound leads

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Background in finance or related fields
Familiarity with 401(k) products
Previous experience in sales or business development
