Phoebe Putney Health System is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead strategic recruitment and hiring efforts. This role involves managing a team of recruiters and collaborating with HR Business Partners to develop effective workforce strategies that align with the organization's mission and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Direct the full-cycle recruitment process for all system entities, including hospitals, clinics, and support services

Lead, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve performance goals and maintain a culture of service excellence

Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans that address critical talent gaps

Oversee employer branding, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience

Implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-performing candidates, leveraging technology and community partnerships

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, turnover trends) to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning, retention, and succession strategies

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and system-level employment laws, policies, and procedures

Represent Phoebe Putney Health System at career events, job fairs, and community outreach programs to strengthen the employer brand

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required)

5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience managing recruitment teams and developing strategic hiring initiatives, and at least two (2) years in a healthcare environment. (Required)
