Responsibilities
Perform conflicts checks and company research using in-house and commercial databases
Analyze conflicts reports and communicate findings to Partners and Conflicts Attorneys
Assist with follow-up on pending conflicts resolution issues
Update and maintain the conflicts database
Assist with drafting and editing conflict waiver letters
Respond to inquiries from attorneys and administrative staff regarding conflict waivers
Assist in reviewing employee and lateral hire conflict check forms
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in conflicts or risk management
Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with automated conflicts software (Intapp preferred)
