Responsibilities
Underwrite and quote new and renewal business for small to mid-market commercial lines accounts in the E&S market
Focus on binding authority business across 48 states, with a strong emphasis on Oklahoma and neighboring states
Build and maintain agency relationships within the licensed states
Collaborate with team members during monthly department meetings and quarterly staff meetings
Utilize AIM and ImageRight software for underwriting processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a frontline underwriting role, preferably within the E&S market
Proven ability to adapt to technology and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance caution with timely decision-making
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Property & Casualty license preferred but not required
Familiarity with AIM and ImageRight software is advantageous
