Mid-Level Workflow Manager - Facilitation and Management (DASW MI)

Responsibilities
Demonstrate experience providing timely and high-quality support to Executive-level Principals in a complex and fast-paced environment requiring a high-degree of critical thinking, initiative, problem solving, and professional judgment
Experience and skills in providing correspondence management and coordination management support is required
Experience and skills in providing Executive Level Administrative Assistant support to Senior Executives in the Government, Military (DoD Flag / General Officers), or Private Sector (required for support to OUSD(R&E), OASD(S&T) and AC Front Offices)
Review reports and associated correspondence packages for completeness, structure, content, and format
Monitor the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) database
Route correspondence in accordance with approved distribution codes or other designated routing lists
Consistently meet deadlines, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information; interact with and manage a broad range of highly sensitive issues with the front offices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field of study from an accredited college or university is required. At the discretion of the Government, four (4) years of specialized experience including military or industry executive assistant experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements
Three (3) years of recent and relevant experience as a Workflow Manager
Must have a Top Secret/SCI eligibility clearance for all tasks and maintain eligibility for the life of their tenure on this contract

Preferred
Background in NARA requirements for records management is highly desirable
