Responsibilities

Assess monthly forecasts, working with the practice leaders to analyze results, identify trends, and advise recommendations
Oversee Resource Management function within the Region, as well as supervise member(s) of the scheduling team
Provide guidance in the escalation path brought forth by Resource Managers
Review and analyze capacity to facilitate increased productivity within the market. Make on-going strategic recommendations to leadership based on findings
Translate current and future business needs to develop an integrated strategic workforce plan
Prepare Workforce Plan and recommendations around experienced and campus recruiting goals, as well as incorporating skillset deficiencies and succession planning
Ensure consistent and effective hiring and onboarding of both campus and experienced hires
Assess training needs within the Region and ensure the appropriate resources obtain the training needed
Identify and provide insight to performance to support the development of the practice
Search for ways to improve existing operational processes and outputs and provide strategic thought leadership to the business
Understand external trends and issues in the industry that could potentially impact the business
Manage and lead through business, technology, and organizational changes

Required

A proven track record for problem-solving
Curious and willing to learn new activities
Strong leadership and project management skills to drive functions and ensure activities and tasks are completed as expected
Experience in client service delivery is a plus
8+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or similar significant work experience
Experience working within an entrepreneurial setting or within a setting that supported rapid growth, constant change, and marketing agility
