Develop and execute automation scripts using Python to streamline Jira ticket management
Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and implement effective automation solutions
Manage and oversee ticketing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in opening, linking, and closing tickets
Conduct validation checks to maintain the reliability of automation tasks
Document processes and provide training on new automation tools and procedures
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Python programming and JSON data handling
Solid understanding of Jira API functionalities
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
