The Senior Advisor, Business Analysis (COO) will partner with the COO to provide guidance on operational performance and strategic initiatives while leading data-driven decision-making and performance improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

Advises the COO on performance trends, operational risks, and strategic alignment across business units

Supports the development and implementation of a formal performance management framework, including KPIs and operational benchmarks

Collaborates with leadership to monitor budget execution, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness

Leads the analysis of enterprise data to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements

Maintains and enhances performance dashboards using tools such as Oracle, Power BI, and Tableau

Provides ad hoc and periodic reporting to support executive priorities and cross-functional initiatives

Prepares and delivers concise, data-informed presentations and reports for senior leadership, including the CEO and Board of Directors

Translates complex analytics into actionable recommendations and strategic narratives

Ensures alignment of internal and external communications with organizational goals and performance outcomes

Performs other related duties and projects at the direction of the immediate supervisor
