Responsibilities

Lead the execution of technical projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, timelines, and business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (e.g., software, hardware, systems) to design, develop, and deploy high-quality technical solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and engineering solutions
Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, workflows, and practices
Evaluate technical risks and propose solutions for risk mitigation during all phases of the project lifecycle
Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams, architects, designers, and other technical professionals
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including project plans, architecture diagrams, requirements, and change management records
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and tools relevant to the engineering field
Participate in design reviews and technical assessments to ensure the highest standard of product quality and performance
Act as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors, partners, and stakeholders

Required

Degree in Engineering (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering), or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in managing and executing technical projects with a focus on engineering solutions
Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams in the delivery of complex, technical programs and projects
Strong technical background, with expertise in relevant programming languages, development frameworks, and engineering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Proficiency in technical tools for project management, version control, and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Git, Confluence)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with risk analysis, technical decision-making, and problem-solving in an engineering context
Familiarity with industry-standard engineering practices, coding standards, and software architecture principles
