Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of structured settlement new business operations, including personnel management and service delivery
Build and develop a strong team of professionals focused on onboarding and managing structured settlement policies
Foster a culture of ownership, growth, and continuous improvement through coaching and feedback
Identify training needs and implement development plans to close skill gaps
Set and monitor team goals aligned with quality standards and service level agreements
Analyze production data and provide performance insights to senior leadership
Deliver operational presentations to brokerage agencies and stakeholders
Identify and lead initiatives to improve service levels and expand product offerings
Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly
Collaborate with internal sales teams to strengthen relationships with key brokerage agencies and promote our leadership in the structured settlement space

Required

Bachelor's degree
8–10 years of relevant industry experience
2–5 years of supervisory or management experience
Deep knowledge of structured settlements or other highly regulated financial products
Experience in high-touch operations environments and project leadership

Preferred

11+ years of industry experience
6+ years of leadership experience in a similar role
