Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison with OEM customers, build strategic account relationships, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
Develop and execute sales strategies, account plans, and recovery plans to maximize market share, margin, and revenue
Identify and secure new OEM customers through outreach methods, lead negotiations, and drive cross‑selling opportunities
Provide internal teams with competitive intelligence and customer insights, monitor market trends, and educate customers on ABB products, services, and digital tools

Required

BA or BS with minimum of 12+ years related experience
Experience with complex contact negotiations
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical industry and ABB products
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Experience working with OEM customers and channel partners
Strong technical application, take-off, and proposal development skills
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools
Business travel in district to support assigned accounts
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

Preferred

Engineering degree preferred
Six Sigma or equivalent Quality training preferred
