Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and power user for Salesforce, Classy, IWave, Double the Donation, and WealthEngine
Manage system integrations and ensure accurate donation and donor data across platforms
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to guide donor strategy and revenue tracking
Own monthly data reconciliation with Finance to support accurate financial reporting
Proactively identify and implement system enhancements to increase efficiency and data accuracy
Support the strategy, execution, and analysis of multi-channel individual giving campaigns
Draft donor communications, acknowledgments, and engagement materials with a focus on segmentation and personalization
Monitor recurring gifts, online donations, and donor retention metrics
Develop target lists and mailing segmentation based on donor behavior and giving history
Conduct in-depth research on individual and institutional prospects using IWave, WealthEngine, and public sources
Prepare prospect profiles, bios, and meeting briefs for leadership and frontline fundraisers
Maintain a library of prospect research to support proactive cultivation and strategic outreach
Manage donation tracking, gift processing, and internal documentation
Monitor inbound donation channels and ensure timely donor follow-up
Provide ad hoc support for donor meetings, briefings, and events as needed
Ensure data compliance and documentation of all fundraising activities

Required

3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development operations, or data-driven donor engagement
Hands-on experience with fundraising technology: Salesforce, Classy, IWave, WealthEngine, Double the Donation (or equivalents)
Strong analytical and technical skills; able to synthesize data and translate into actionable insights
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and time management
Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative work ethic, and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and community-centered fundraising practices
