Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely order delivery while providing proactive customer support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support for our web store customers via email and phone in a timely manner
Proactively review orders daily and communicate with customers on any issues that could arrive, provide alternative solutions to meet their needs
Deliver an exceptional experience every time to every consumer who reaches out to us
Work with team members to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
Actively participate in projects to assist Merchandise team with delivering exceptional customer experiences
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to draw conclusions from data and drive action
Preferred
Associate, Technical, College work preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
