Responsibilities

Design and construction oversight for land development projects, with a focus on roads, drainage, sediment control, SWM, water & sewer, etc

Ensure project design meets specified standards and regulations

Demonstrate the ability to meet project and client deadlines efficiently

Work within project budgets and prepare graphics, exhibits, and site/civil construction plans

Effective communication with coworkers, sub-consultants, clients, and review agencies

Compose technical reports, memorandums, and other written communications

Manage multiple concurrent projects

Mentor and train other civil engineering design staff

Perform other duties as required

Required

BS degree in Civil Engineering

5-8 years of progressive experience in design and construction of land development projects in the Washington DC Metro area. Specific experience in Montgomery County is a plus
