The Innovation Space is a dynamic startup community dedicated to supporting science entrepreneurs. The Program Manager - Acceleration will design, execute, and oversee programs to support entrepreneurs in the science, technology, and innovation sectors as they scale their startups.

Managing acceleration activities

Providing mentorship

Fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, partners, and service providers

Required

Program development and management skills with experience in coordinating and executing acceleration or startup programs

Strong mentorship, coaching, and network-building abilities to support and guide entrepreneurs

Experience in organizing events, facilitating workshops, and monitoring program performance

Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship management skills

Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and drive results in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field

Preferred

Knowledge of the life sciences, clean tech, or advanced materials industries is highly desirable
