Assistant/Associate/Full Instructional Professor - Jacksonville Campus
The University of Florida is seeking outstanding candidates for a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position as an Assistant/Associate/Full Instructional Professor in the Computer and Information Science and Engineering Department at the Jacksonville campus. The role involves teaching graduate courses with concentrations in AI and Cybersecurity, contributing to curriculum improvement, and engaging in departmental and university service activities.

Responsibilities
Teach selected CISE graduate courses for the Computer Science Masters programs with AI and Cybersecurity concentrations
Contribute to continuous curriculum improvement and developing new educational initiatives
Participate in department, university, and professional service activities
Collaborate with faculty in and outside the department
Engage prospective and current students in recruiting, orientation, graduation, networking, and other events
Represent the CISE department in various functions in the Jacksonville area community
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Computer Science or in a closely related discipline
Preferred
Outstanding record of teaching experience and academic accomplishments
A strong interest in graduate teaching in computing
A commitment to professional services (e.g., through participation in professional societies)
