Responsibilities
Lead accounting and finance operations in a fast-growing, inventory-driven business
Partner cross-functionally with sales, inventory, logistics, and operations teams
Support financial reporting, cash flow management, and operational analysis
Scale systems, processes, and internal controls as the organization grows
Lead and develop a tenured accounting team
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth planning
Qualification
Required
Senior-level accounting or finance leadership experience
ERP experience required
Comfortable in a hands-on, growth-stage environment
Executive presence with the ability to partner closely with ownership
Preferred
Background in ecommerce, consumer products, retail, or inventory-intensive businesses strongly preferred
CPA preferred
Experience beyond QuickBooks strongly preferred
