Responsibilities

Repairs due to water damage or mold damage in homes

Restore Cabinetry, flooring, drywall, baseboard, paint. etc

Respond to request for standard or emergency repairs or other associated services from general and/or resident managers on a timely basis

Repair plumbing, electrical, safety components or structural elements as needed

Perform turn-over involving but not limited to demolition, cleaning, dry wall repair, structural repair, painting, cabinets installation, plumbing work, and electrical work

Test performance of appliances

Keep storage facilities and equipment organized

Perform job with attention to detail and quality
