Account Manager - Miami, FL
Boats Group is the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space, and they are seeking a SaaS Account Manager to lead client engagement and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities
Client Engagement Champion: Take the lead in proactively reaching out to clients to build strong, trust-based relationships. Identify opportunities to enhance their experience through personalized communication and process improvements
Customer Success Partner: Serve as the central point of contact for client concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
Technical Troubleshooter: Provide prompt and effective solutions to technical inquiries related to our SaaS product, escalating complex issues as needed to ensure smooth client operations
Data-Driven Strategist: Dive into client account performance data to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with clients on growth opportunities. Regularly conduct performance reviews and refine strategies for mutual success
Retention Expert: Design and implement targeted retention strategies that minimize churn, drive customer loyalty, and maximize lifetime value
Insightful Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports on account health, feedback, and retention metrics to inform team strategy and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in account management, technical support, sales, or a similar client-facing role, typically gained over the course of 5 years of similar experience
Solid understanding of SaaS and technical products, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
Strong ability to analyze data, identify key trends, and provide solutions to enhance client performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience
Familiarity with CRM systems, troubleshooting tools, Google Suite—with the ability to troubleshoot any problem that comes your way
Preferred
Experience with SaaS products and digital marketing/advertising is a plus!
