Digital (Outbound) Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 2/2/26)
Intoxalock, a member of the Mindr family of brands, is dedicated to providing substance use safety products and services. They are seeking a Digital (Outbound) Sales Associate to conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, address their needs, and upsell products based on individual requirements.

Responsibilities
Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2C) who need our product
No cold calling
Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns
Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment
Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs
Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Attention to detail and strong follow through
Comfort with using all Microsoft Office programs
A 30 WPM minimum typing ability
Must reside in the United States
Preferred
Remote work experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or GED preferred
1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position
