Responsibilities
Pricing Tools: Design, build, and maintain robust pricing tools, models, databases, and other pricing process components to support innovative and data-driven pricing decisions
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Architect dashboards to assess pricing effectiveness, track KPIs and KLIs, deal activity, and monitor client renewals to increase transparency for leadership; Monitor discounting behavior and price realization, identifying trends and flagging misalignment with pricing strategies
Analysis: Analyze product-level and portfolio-level pricing performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to refine pricing strategy
Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial teams, finance, operations, legal, and product management to ensure pricing insights drive informed decision making
Governance: Support the consistent application of pricing policies and enforce escalation procedures; standardizing terms and conditions and renewal uplift policies and targets
Confidentiality and Integrity: Comply with standards concerning discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive firm and client information
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field required
Minimum of five years of relevant finance experience, including data analysis and financial modeling
Proficient in analyzing complex data and developing financial models
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presenting findings to diverse audiences and working collaboratively across teams
Capable of identifying and resolving issues, having intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset
Comply with standards concerning discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive firm and client information
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
Understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
Experience in financial technology, wealth management, or financial services industries
Familiarity with PowerBI, SQL, or other advanced software tools
