Zenith is a full-service media agency that focuses on driving tangible business outcomes for its clients. The Senior Analyst, Finance will support the Finance Department in revenue recognition, assist with client reporting, and conduct profitability analysis while reporting to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities

Work with Corporate Finance team to support all client reporting required for the Zenith clients including burn and profitability for internal review
Prepare journal entries for Month End close related to revenue recognition
Assist with preparation of monthly Revenue forecast for both fee and commission-based clients
Support in completing all Groupe reporting, scheduled and ad hoc
Work with client finance in review client monthly billings
Work with and gain knowledge of the several financial and media databases that are updated on monthly basis
Assist in preparation of supporting documents for financial audits
Assist with working with Operations team in managing time reporting across Zenith clients

Qualification

Finance experienceMicrosoft ExcelSAPAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsProblem solvingOrganizational skillsDetail oriented

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting/finance majors preferred)
2+ Years of Experience in a Finance role
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills required
Must be very detail oriented
