Responsibilities
Full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
Work closely with clients to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions
Configure Acumatica modules (Financials, Distribution, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with client needs
Provide client training, user adoption support, and documentation for implemented solutions
Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, and ISV add-ons
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality implementations
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices in ERP strategy and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Acumatica implementation experience
Hands-on configuration and implementation expertise in multiple Acumatica modules
Strong understanding of accounting, distribution, or manufacturing business processes
Experience with data migration, integrations, and report/dashboard development
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, consulting environment
Preferred
Acumatica certifications preferred (but not required)
