This role involves managing and organizing multiple projects related to advanced media campaigns, ensuring successful execution and collaboration across various client brands and teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and organize multiple projects and workstreams, with evolving priorities, while delivering projects on time
Communicate effectively to partners to obtain what we need accurately and on time
Produce accurate, error free work (i.e. have strong attention to detail)
Support their Supervisor(s) and AD(s) in all day-to-day campaign related tasks
Take succinct yet thorough and actionable meeting notes
Keep up to date with email inbox and track communications related to all campaigns/agencies under their pod
Partner with Activation team to ensure successful launch and pacing of campaigns
Identify and troubleshoot or escalate any issues that may pop up throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring Lift presents itself with a backbone of integrity, speed, and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience within an agency, media publisher, or measurement vendor
Basic understanding of traditional and digital media data, as well as local, and auto
Exposure to Advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution
Ability to analyze data and provide initial actionable insights
High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
Proactive attitude with the initiative to learn and grow
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
Preferred
A background in Local and/or Auto is preferred
