Responsibilities
Responsible for welcoming guest to the pool as well as escorting guests to cabanas and daybeds
Tele market new and existing business through the use of pool promotions, special events, and direct marketing offers
Provide telemarketing support to Pool Management staff
Assist Pool management with reservations and special events
Responsible for gathering relative information for future telemarketing efforts
Responsible for interacting and ensuring guests are having a great experience
Must be able to establish and maintain good and proper relationships with hotel visitors and market the Golden Nugget Pool and other venues to all guests
Must meet booking quotas set out by Pool management
Must be social and have an outgoing personality while maintaining relationships within the department, as well as around the city
Must be willing to go on team outings and promote a positive image for the pool at all times
Must be able to use a smart phone
Must have ability to communicate via Email as well as over the phone
Qualification
Required
Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
Obtain a Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
High School Diploma or GED (or actively seeking)
A minimum of 1 years of customer service experience within the Hospitality field (or comparable guest service experience)
Minimum age requirement is 18
Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities
Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
Must be able to complete standard forms and reports
