Input clients in Well Sky program
Client’s intake
Donation slips
Assist Clients /Sign ups
Answer phone
Customer Service
Registration for food distribution
Assistance for especial event
Prepare food Boxes
Distribute food distribution
Assist with seasonal duties ex: Christmas Distribution, Kettles, etc
All other duties as assigned by the Corp Officer or Assistant Administrator
Qualification
Required
Ability to engage and diffuse crisis situations
Ability to work effectively with adolescents, families, professionals and other personnel from a wide range of cultural, social and economic backgrounds
Good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis
Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead
Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
High school diploma or GED
