Assists in all aspects of facility operations; staff training and supervision including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline; gathering of baseline data; assessment, development, and implementation of individual training programs; development and monitoring of work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times; liaison with other agencies; ordering and maintaining food and facility supplies; and participation in activities of daily living as scheduled for individuals
Applies generally prescribed standard practices over a wide range of procedures with some latitude for decision making
Functions without direct oversight in accordance with standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request
