Responsibilities
Bring the ocean to life for our guests by delivering fun, interactive talks and animal encounter sessions
Help keep the aquarium sparkling clean, safe, and magical for everyone
Share your passion for the oceans and conservation in a friendly, engaging, and upbeat way
Greet and connect with guests with enthusiasm, energy, and a smile — creating memorable experiences every day
Manage queues safely while keeping the guest experience smooth, fun, and enjoyable
Ensure all public areas are well-stocked, tidy, and ready to welcome guests at opening and throughout the day
Follow all opening and closing procedures to keep operations running like clockwork
Keep the aquarium safe for guests, animals, and team members by adhering to all Health, Safety & Security policies, including COVID-19 protocols
Qualification
Required
6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
