Responsibilities

Design and develop learning programs that align with business objectives, creating a blueprint for development and delivery that addresses specific learner needs
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and design effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance
Lead the creation and customization of learning content, ensuring it aligns with the learner experience and is optimized for program objectives
Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes
Support the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to decision-making regarding resource allocation and program prioritization

Required

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on learning impact
Experience managing vendors and learning platforms to support scalable program execution
Own the learning portfolio roadmap, defining priorities, sequencing, and lifecycle management of programs based on business demand, learner insights, and performance data
Apply product-management principles to learning solutions iterating based on feedback, piloting new approaches, and ensuring scalability and continuous improvement
Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to measure portfolio performance, identify capability gaps, and inform future learning investments and innovation priorities
