The role involves surveying and monitoring threatened species under the guidance of Forest Managers and Registered Professional Foresters.

Qualification
Required
High school education or GED equivalent
The employee must have ability to use directional compass and topographical maps, and/or GPS
Must maintain and carry a valid driver license and remain eligible and capable of operating company vehicles including automobiles, trucks and large 4-wheel drive vehicles in accordance with company policy guidelines
Preferred
Familiarity with concepts in forest ecology, and wildlife management techniques and security procedures a plus
Knowledge of GPS, working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook a plus
