Responsibilities
Lead new product development and manufacturing process improvements
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to build prototypes, alpha, and beta products
Define and execute internal characterization and reliability testing plans
Support product validation activities at customer sites
Provide pre-sales application support, including technical product configuration and solution proposals
Deliver post-sales support for test yield optimization and best practice implementation
Assess technical feasibility for customer requests beyond current capabilities
Work with marketing and product management to define technical requirements for new products
Act as a technical resource in shaping product roadmaps and competitive positioning
Drive product continuous improvement projects to enhance performance and reliability
Support manufacturing and field service teams in resolving product-related issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work
