AMT Engineering is an employee-owned ENR 500 A/E firm providing services in civil engineering and related disciplines. They are seeking a Transportation Project Manager who will lead multi-discipline teams to deliver transportation design projects, manage project resources, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Leading multi-discipline teams to deliver transportation design projects, with a focus on multi-modal roadway projects

Serving as liaison between client and project team including external stakeholder agencies

Managing all technical resources on the project team including subconsultants

Preparing task proposals and establish project pricing and budgets

Developing project management plans for assigned projects and preparing monthly progress reports

Developing and maintaining project schedules

Leading or participating in client meetings and presentations

Providing quality control reviews of submittals and deliverables

Mentoring and training junior staff

Assisting with production tasks (CADD drawings, reports, graphics / renderings, etc.)

Assisting Group Leader and Division Directors with business development and proposals

Maintaining a positive working relationships with co-workers, project managers, supervisors, and other team members
