Responsibilities
With minimal support negotiate or renegotiate commercial and legal terms and conditions with third parties
Manage the Sourcing portfolio expiring contracts calendar and new contract requests overseeing the compliance of contracts within company policies and all contractual processes and actions
Draft, interpret, and evaluate contract language and makes recommendations/changes, customizing contract templates
Develop and enhance strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide more consultative support or guidance to the internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years experience
No Supervisor Experience
Preferred
Master's Degree
5-10 years experience
