Team up on an intern innovation project tackling real-world business challenges
Explore, research, and turn insights into compelling reports and presentations
Communicate with clarity and confidence to keep projects moving forward
Benchmark competitor experiences, exploring what makes other financial institutions stand out, and bring fresh ideas to help Verve deliver even more memorable moments for our members
Collaborate with retail leaders and frontline teammates to develop creative sales tools and resources that empower our member-facing teams to connect, serve, and inspire with confidence
Jump into process improvement initiatives, analyzing in-branch operations and suggesting new ways to make everyday banking smoother, faster, and more member-friendly
Energize community outreach and event planning by helping organize, promote, and capture the spirit of Verve at local events—sharing stories and smiles that reflect our cooperative values
Gather and analyze member feedback, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that elevate the member experience and keep Verve at the forefront of service excellence

Required

Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate level)
